Say nothing till you see Claude!

Claude's Cafe  is located in Shipquay Street, a central location in the City of Derry.  It is close to the Shopping District of the City, and close to many tourist attractions, and hostel and hotel accommodation in the City Centre.

Claude's  has been providing gourmet cuisine in the heart of the city centre since October 2000. We welcome V.I.P's and locals alike, having such celebrities as Mikey Singh, and a distinguished gentleman from Strabane who reckons he has just landed a job!

At Claude's the staff is at hand to provide help, if desired, on accessing the Internet.  We would like people to come in and be guided through the whole experience of getting on line.

Read below the literary genius that is the "Ode to Claude's", written by Derry's top cricket correspondent and international umpire 'Lorny Moore', which has pride of place in the unisex toilets. Purchase your own copy for £1.50...

Ode To Claude's

As sure as the starts still come out at night

And Donegal cars with one working light

As sure as bees providing their honey

And the D.L.A giving out there free money

As sure as the Glenshane mountain pass

As sure as FR. Farrelly says the quickest mass

As sure as our wasps continue to sting

As sure as Mickey will always be Singh

As sure as a politician tells lies

As sure as our council gets a big pay rise

As sure as the chapel always has candles

As sure as Claude Winton wears Moses sandals

As sure as the "F" word is a Mortal Sin

As sure as Derry City don't always win

As sure as the Legion is well in with God

It's the best of grub, and craic with Claude!
